Delivery and return

1. When you place an order Once you have placed an order in the GOSH COPENHAGEN Webshop, our system will automatically send you a receipt for your order by e-mail. Binding order confirmation / invoice will be sent to you by e-mail when sending the order, and a delivery slip will be attached along with the items you have ordered. An order can not be made if one or more of the selected products are out of stock. 2. Cancellation of order Orders that have not yet been shipped from GOSH COPENHAGEN's Webshop and for which you have not yet received a binding order confirmation / invoice can be canceled within 24 hours by sending an email to contact@gosh.dk. Here the order date and order number must be stated. 3. Prices All prices quoted are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT. Subject to tax changes, price and correction errors, etc. 4. Payment Payment for ordered goods can be done online using Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Visa Electron.

5. Shipping and delivery

Expected delivery time is 1-5 business days. Delivery is free at purchases over 40€ in Netherlands and Belgien, Sweden is 299 Sek.
GOSH COPENHAGEN is responsible for the goods until you have received them. We only supply in Denmark, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

6. Right of withdrawal

Full return - If you regret your purchase, GOSH COPENHAGEN's webshop is fully returned. However, the product must be returned in original packaging and in unopened, unused and undamaged condition. This must be done within 14 days of receipt by the customer, cf. section 17 of the Consumer Agreement Act. Items returned must be accompanied by original invoice and original undamaged packaging and delivered free of charge to the GOSH COPENHAGEN Webshop.

7. Complaints

As a consumer, you have 2 years of warranty, which means that GOSH COPENHAGEN can either choose to repair the item, to change the item, to give a discount or to return the money depending on the specific situation. This, of course, means that the complaint is justified. If you find an error or defect in a purchased item, please contact GOSH COPENHAGEN as soon as possible and within a reasonable time and explain the error or defect.

However, for goods with a limited service life, the right of claim is limited to the shelf life that is customary for the product concerned.

9. Complaints

You can appeal to the Center for Complaints Solutions via www.forbrug.dk. The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used for lodging a complaint.
